When Vera captures a lead on a deployed agent, I would love to get that routed to my CRM automatically via Zapier. Is this on the roadmap?

Webhooks are on the roadmap for Q2 — when a lead is captured or a booking is made via a deployed agent, a webhook fires to a URL you specify. From there, Zapier, Make, or any automation platform can route it to your CRM. Until then, the lead data is available in your agent dashboard and can be exported to CSV.
