Perplexity is now citing my accounting firm — what changed

Six weeks ago I registered my accounting firm on AI Verified. This week I noticed Perplexity is citing us in responses to "accounting firms for small businesses in [city]". Perplexity's retrieval system seems to strongly favour content that directly answers questions in a structured format. The AI Verified registration is the foundation, but the content strategy is what drives the actual citations.
