Quick observation: most businesses don't know what their AI citation actually says

We've been running the "search for your business in ChatGPT" test with a few early registry members this week. The most common reaction isn't "I don't appear" — it's "that's not quite right." Wrong city, outdated description, confused with a competitor. The citation exists. The citation is wrong. That's a different problem than not appearing at all, and it has a different fix.
