What's your baseline? Share your AI citation status before you start

One of the problems with measuring AI visibility improvement is that most people don't record a baseline before they start making changes. Then they make changes, see some improvement, and can't tell which change caused it. If you're just starting your AI visibility work, do this now: search for your business in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Screenshot the results. Note the date. That's your baseline. Then come back in 30, 60, and 90 days and run the same searches. The comparison is the data. We'll start a running thread here for people to share their before/after results as they accumulate. If you've already done this, share your baseline in the replies — even if you haven't seen improvement yet. The absence of change is also data.
