Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Programme Eligibility
Open to individuals and businesses worldwide with a valid email address and a legitimate promotional channel (website, newsletter, social media, etc.). We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.
2. Commission Rates
- Standard affiliates: 20% recurring commission on all paid tier subscriptions referred
- Agency affiliates: 30% recurring commission (requires approval — [email protected])
Commissions are calculated on the net subscription value, excluding taxes and payment processing fees.
3. Attribution Rules
Attribution is tracked via a unique ?ref= query parameter that sets a 90-day first-touch cookie (aiv_ref). If a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the first click wins. Commissions are earned when a referred visitor completes a paid subscription within 90 days of clicking your link.
4. Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly, on or before the 15th of the following month, for all confirmed conversions from the previous month. Minimum payout threshold: USD $50. Payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
5. Prohibited Promotion Methods
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Misleading or false claims about the service
- Paid search advertising on brand terms "AI Verified", "AIVerified", or "aiverified.io"
- Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent attribution methods
- Incentivised clicks (paying users to click your link)
6. Reversal Conditions
Commissions may be reversed if: the referred subscription is refunded within the 14-day refund window; the referral is found to be fraudulent; the referred account is terminated for Terms of Service violations.
7. Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on commissions earned. LinkDaddy® LLC will issue a 1099 form to US-based affiliates earning over USD $600 in a calendar year.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with 30 days written notice. Commissions earned before termination will be paid on the next regular payment date.
9. Modification of Programme Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice by email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
