- Verifying business domain ownership
- Sending transactional communications (passport issued, renewal reminders)
- Fraud prevention and registry integrity
- Complying with legal obligations
3. Categories of Data Subjects
Business owners and authorised representatives who register a business; website visitors; API users and affiliates.
4. Categories of Personal Information
Business name and registration number; contact email address; website domain; country of registration; IP address (fraud prevention); session authentication tokens.
5. Recipients of Personal Information
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and CDN infrastructure)
- Email service providers (Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark) — transactional email only
- The public registry (business name, domain, country, tier, and verification hash are publicly visible by design)
6. Countries of Transfer
Personal information may be transferred to the United States of America and the European Union. Transfers comply with POPIA Section 72 and are subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to: access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your personal information. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
