1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AIVerified.io you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered businesses, API users, and affiliates.

2. Description of Service

AIVerified.io is an open, cryptographically verifiable business identity registry. We issue AI Verified Passports — SHA-256 hashed, machine-readable records that allow AI systems, lenders, and the public to verify that a business is real.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be a duly authorised representative of the business you register. You must provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Free vs Paid Tiers

The Bronze tier is free and includes a basic AI Verified Passport and public registry listing. Paid tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) include domain verification, enhanced badge variants, API access, and priority support. See Pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false business information; impersonate another business; scrape the registry without an API key; tamper with the hashing system; use the registry to facilitate fraud or illegal activity.

6. What the SHA-256 Hash Proves

The hash proves that specific business details were submitted at a specific time and have not been altered. It does not verify financial standing, legal compliance, or product quality.

7. Intellectual Property

LinkDaddy® LLC owns the registry infrastructure and brand. You own your business data. By submitting data you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in the public registry and serve it via the API.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LinkDaddy® LLC from claims arising from your use of the service or submission of false information.

11. Termination and Revocation

We may revoke a passport for false registration or Terms violations. Revoked passports remain in the registry with a "Revoked" status to maintain audit integrity.

12. Governing Law

Florida, USA. For South African users we additionally comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and POPIA. Disputes in Pinellas County courts.

13. Changes to Terms

Material changes notified by email 30 days before effect.
