Subscriptions
Subscription, renewal, cancellation & downgrade
Gold is a paid annual subscription. Cancelling renewal is not a refund. Last updated 20 September 2026.
Price. Gold is $297 per year, billed as a recurring Stripe subscription, unless a listed extra-location price applies.
Automatic renewal. Gold renews each year at the then-current annual Gold price until you cancel renewal.
Cancel renewal. Cancel any time from the owner dashboard billing portal. Cancellation does not remove Gold immediately. Gold stays active until the end of the current paid term.
Failed renewal payment. Gold stays active during a 7-day retry period so you can update the card. If payment succeeds, you remain Gold. If the period ends unpaid, Gold ends.
When Gold ends. Your AI Verified business identity stays. The public profile URL does not change. If the listed website connection is still verified, the profile becomes Silver (free). Otherwise it becomes Bronze (free public profile).
Supporting records. Gold-only information is no longer shown on the public profile after Gold ends. Those records may be kept so they can be restored if Gold is reactivated, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Reactivation. Paying for Gold again uses the same identity, hash and public URL. No new profile is minted.
Refunds. Cancellation of renewal is not a refund. Refund eligibility is only in the Refund Policy.
