Refund policy
Gold is $297/year. We do not sell leads. Gold is $297/year for a fuller owner-managed business identity with supporting sources.
First Gold year: full refund within 14 days of payment if you ask at info@aiverified.io and we have not already paid a partner payout on that order. After 14 days, the year is used.
Renewals: cancel before the renewal date in the billing portal. Gold stays active through the paid term. Cancellation of renewal is not a refund. After Gold ends, the profile becomes Silver if the website connection remains verified, otherwise Bronze. The public URL does not change. See subscription terms.
Chargebacks: contact us first. A chargeback after Gold is active may freeze the Gold mark until resolved.
Bronze review is free and is not a paid product, so there is nothing to refund.
