Refund policy
Gold is $297/year. We do not sell leads. We sell attested packaging on a public file.
First Gold year: full refund within 14 days of payment if you ask at info@aiverified.io and we have not already paid a partner payout on that order. After 14 days, the year is used.
Renewals: cancel before the renewal date in the billing portal. We do not prorate mid-year because the file stays Gold for the paid term.
Chargebacks: contact us first. A chargeback after a completed domain attestation may freeze the Gold mark until resolved.
Bronze review is free and is not a paid product, so there is nothing to refund.
