What do I do after I pay?
Gold opens the owner dashboard on the same public profile. Add a supporting source by sending its live public page. The website connection is still free and separate: the official badge or this profile link has to be on the listed website. Paying does not confirm the website, and it does not promise a ranking, a citation, or a lead.
What if I want my money back?
First Gold year: email info@aiverified.io within 14 days. After 14 days the year is used. Gold is $297/year and renews annually until you cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation is not a refund. Full rules: refunds and subscriptions.
What goes on the public profile?
Business name and website when the business has them. Address, phone, and a map listing only if the business has them. A missing map is not a missing identity. Official registry, DUNS, and licenses only when you send a live public page.
What never goes on the public profile?
Tax returns, bank statements, IDs, utility bills, invented numbers, bought reviews. The public profile is public. Do not send anything you would not put on a sign.
How does the badge work?
Paste the official snippet from the dashboard. The badge opens your public profile. It does not prove a domain, a ranking, or a government record. Install steps: badge install.
Is Silver for sale?
No. Silver is free. It is recorded after the supported website-control check, when the official badge or this profile URL is found on the listed website. That check is Silver, not Gold. Paying $297 does not verify the website and does not prove you control the domain. There is no paid Silver plan. Gold is $297 a year for a fuller owner-managed identity.
Is there a Platinum plan?
No. There is no Platinum. There is no $799 Gold and no $2,499 tier. Gold is $297 a year. Person identities and extra shops are add-ons after Gold, not a new membership name.
Do I need Mention Check to buy Gold?
No. Mention Check is a later monthly report ($39 or $99). It asks ChatGPT whether it named your company. It is not Gold. Skip it unless you want that report.
