What a hub is

A verified category hub is a public collection page — for example verified roofing contractors in a city — that lists Type A classified passports meeting category purity and geography rules.

Hubs are not editorial “top 10 best” magazines. They are ItemList-style identity collections with FAQ packaging so answer engines receive a fixed definition of verified versus best.

Density gating

A hub goes live only when enough classified records exist in that category × place slice (policy threshold ≥3). Empty or one-record “hubs” are SEO shells; density gating prevents that.

Category purity

Primary category wins. A window company does not belong on a roofing contractor hub because a secondary map category happened to mention roofing. Purity protects the citation value of the collection.

Gold priority

When Gold identities exist in the hub, they list before Bronze Public Record Verified records. That is packaging priority, not a secret quality score and not a sold rank against the open web.

Structured surface

Hubs ship CollectionPage / ItemList patterns, breadcrumbs, and FAQPage answers for intents like best, top, and near me — always resolving those words to verified public identity on this registry.
