AI Verified Claims Policy — What We Will Never Claim

Trust requires public boundaries. This policy is the kill switch against sales and SEO pressure to overclaim.

What we claim

  • Type A is an eligibility classification for publication of a public identity record
  • Passports are forensic public identity surfaces with evidence paths and structured data
  • Gold means domain attestation and packaging rights at $297/year
  • Structured data and real-world associations support resolvability and citation candidacy
  • On this registry, “best” in FAQ answers means verified public identity — not paid placement

What we will never claim

  • Guaranteed ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, or any model placement
  • Page-one rankings versus Yelp, Angi, Google, or any competitor
  • That “verified” means “best workmanship” or safest hire
  • That Bronze or Gold replaces licenses, insurance, bonds, or regulated KYB
  • Invented Wikipedia or Wikidata items for non-notable SMEs
  • That every business should be listed or that listing is automatic
  • That Gold is a purchased search rank on our hubs or elsewhere

Why this page exists

Sales pressure, AppSumo pressure, and SEO pressure all push soft language toward hard guarantees. A verification registry that overclaims becomes useless as evidence and dangerous as a brand.

Every landing page, email sequence, hub FAQ, and sales call should be readable against this policy. If a sentence fails the policy, cut it.

Allowed marketing posture

Allowed: possibility language, candidacy, packaging, resolvability, selective eligibility, brand SERP presence of passports, badge closed loop.

Not allowed: outcome guarantees, fake scarcity about “only 10 verified spots in your city,” or implying government endorsement.

Does AI Verified guarantee AI recommendations?
No. Guaranteed placement claims are prohibited by the claims policy. Passports support resolvability and citation candidacy only.

Does verified mean best quality?
No. Verified means selective public identity evidence. Quality, licensing, and safety decisions use other channels.

Can marketing say get found by ChatGPT?
Only as possibility or candidacy language — never as a guarantee.

Is Gold a paid rank?
No. Gold is domain attestation packaging at $297/year, not a purchased ranking product.
