Anyone can discuss a brand in text. Controlling the apex or www domain is a practical signal that the operator can speak for the organization’s primary web identity.

Three-step plan
- Open the unique upgrade link for the passport (
/upgrade?hash=…). - Add the DNS TXT record or the meta tag shown for that domain.
- Confirm. On success, the passport moves to Gold packaging.
